Yesterday at work, I received a stub from our Head Office. I was surprised when my boss handled me a piece of paper. Read: as Stepping Stones to "GEM" then below I saw my name. Reason/ Justification: For being the First 10 Raters in 2nd Sem SES. Actually, I was already included in our Newsletter February Issue. But I never thought that this will be a criteria for GEM.

I'll be turning 5 years in service working at UCPB Gen on September 16 to be exact. For the past 5 years, it had taught me a lot of things. Molded me in a better individual. Now, despite the pressure at work, it really pushes me hard to be more dedicated and love my job more.

Beyond words, with deepest emotions and gratitude, I'm proud to belong to UCPB Gen Family. Surely, sooner will be my future's stepping stone. =)
